5 traditional bedrooms inside the noble house
The 5 bedrooms of Nimmu House are decorated with taste and respect to Ladakhi heritage while offering all the modern comfort. Walls and windows are dressed with warm tones fabrics and rough materials create a charming mountain style atmosphere. The rooms are situated on the first floor of the building and offer a view of the orchard and the Himalayan scenery surrounding the house.
Each room is equipped with a King size bed or twin beds, a fan and a kettle for tea and coffee. They all have a private en-suite bathroom with western toilet, sink, and shower with hot water (solar-panel heated). We also provide robe and organic shampoo, soap and conditioner. The Power plugs in the rooms are 230V Type D which are suitable for type E too. With their serene vibe and authentic traditional touch, the heritage rooms promise a peaceful and restful stay.

Very bright double bedroom of 183 square feet offering a view of the terrace, the mountains and the orchard. Romantic atmosphere with beautiful wooden flooring, ceilings and traditional pieces of furniture. Private bathroom with a window and a view on the orchard.
LAMAYURU
DOUBLE / TWIN BED & SINGLE BED
(UP TO 3 PEOPLE)
A south east facing, very bright double bedroom of 247 square feet that offers a view of the terrace, the mountains and the old stables. A small ensuite room of 97 square feet provides a single bed for an extra person. Private bathroom.
MATHO
TWIN BEDS (2 PEOPLE + 1 CHILD)
Spacious twin bedroom of 344 square feet offering a view of the orchard. Traditional stone flooring along with a traditional wooden ceiling & antique Ladakhi pieces of furniture. Large private bathroom of 129 square feet with a window. An extra bed for a child can be added (Upon request at the time of booking).
PHUKTAL
DOUBLE BED (2 PEOPLE)
Intimate cocoon room of 161 square feet offering a view of the mountains and the old stables. Large private bathroom of 107 square feet with 2 windows.
RIZONG
DOUBLE / TWIN BED (2 PEOPLE + 1 CHILD)
Spacious South-East facing room offering a view of the mountains over the garden and the old cattle stables. Features a cosy sitting spot next to the windows, along with a large private bathroom of 107 square feet. A pre-set extra bed can accommodate a child comfortably.
